Perception

Synopsis:
Children playing, or conquering. Soldiers protecting, or destroying. A governmental message intended to educate, or to condition. Through a theatrical lens, staged sequences and documentary material merge within the same space. As differing ideas of security and defence come into focus, what is seen is shaped by the viewer’s perception.
Bio:
Born in 1999 and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. She has previously studied film at Stockholm University of the Arts and Skurups folkhögskola. Will graduate from the Bachelor of Fine Arts Programme in Film at HDK-Valand in the spring of 2026.
